Tech's Bio-Diesel Generators To Go On Line
(WLUC TV 6: Wed, 13 Dec) Michigan Tech will soon have a backup power supply from four bio-diesel generators. They're expected to save Tech a half million dollars a year because during peak usage periods next year, Tech will turn off power from UPPCO, and instead turn on the bio-diesel generators.

CKGR: Agreement w/Govt. of Guyana for Bio-Diesel/Bio-Fuel Project
